We all have ingrained beliefs about ourselves and the world around us that form our daily patterns of thought, feelings, and behavior. They come from things like our childhood, our formative life experiences, and our biology. Some of these beliefs are healthy and true, while others hold us back from finding joy, peace, and fulfillment. Sometimes they can be so skewed that they keep us in cycles of trauma and pain.
My patients find freedom because I teach them how to be their own psychologist. I don’t want you to find a temporary fix for your problems – I want to empower you with life skills that will allow you to thrive no matter what season you’re walking through. My ultimate goal is to help people break out of these restrictive patterns and live every day out of their values, not out of anxiety and fear.
